eClerx Services Limited (eClerx) is a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) company providing data analytics and customized process solutions to global enterprise clients. eClerx supports core and complex activities for its clients using proprietary processes and a scalable offshore delivery model.

The Company supports critical processes for more than 50 clients, including 20 Fortune 500 companies. These clients include global leaders in financial services, manufacturing, retail, travel and hospitality.

eClerx currently employs 2,000 people across four state-of-the-art delivery centres in Mumbai and Pune. The company has sales and marketing offices across Europe and North America.

Financial Services: eClerx provides middle office and back office support to the Capital Markets businesses of leading global banks. The processes support all asset classes including equity, fixed income, currencies and commodities. eClerx provides end-to-end support through the trade lifecycle, including trade confirmation, settlements, portfolio matching and reconciliations, transaction maintenance, risk analytics and reporting. In 2008, the Company extended its services to buy side institutions including Asset Managers and Insurance Companies.

Retail and Manufacturing: eClerx provides sales and marketing support services to Retailers and High Tech manufacturing companies . Representative services include competitive price and profitability benchmarking as well as channel and vendor management. The Company has a special focus on supporting its clients’ ecommerce activities and has built a specialized practice in content development, online performance optimization and customer experience management.

Travel and Leisure: This is an emerging business for eClerx. The Company has been rapidly growing its client base, which includes travel agents, hotel chains, car rental and media and entertainment companies. eClerx’s primary service area for this industry is providing competitive intelligence.
